Lake Albert Golf Club was formed in 1968, with the present 18 hole course commencing in 1981. Today Lake Albert has one of the best rural golf courses in South Australia with a fully licensed air-conditioned clubhouse available to all golfers. Many thousands of trees were planted lining the fairways, making Lake Albert a very attractive and interesting course to play.

The Lake Albert Golf Club air conditioned clubhouse is fully licensed, with catering facilities available by arrangement. Group bookings are welcome and meetings and conferences can be held here. There are magnificent views overlooking Lake Albert and the 18th Green and Fairway.

Events: Lake Albert Open Weekend, 13th - 15th August 2011. (Ladies Open, Mens Open, Mixed and Mens 4BBB Stableford.)

18 Hole course, Par 72, 5678 metres.
Meningie is about 150 km from Adelaide, less than two hours drive.
